Bush Does Not Deny Iran Strike Report

This evening I happened to catch parts of CNN's program "The Situation Room", on which the Bush administration attempted to knock down a startling claim without flat-out denying it.

Bush and members of his administration were dismissing a magazine report that says the U.S. is considering several military options to stop Iran from building nuclear weapons including using nuclear bombs to blast Iran's underground bunkers. Yet while they were dismissing that claim as speculative, members of the administration -- including President Bush -- were not actually denying the claim, first reported in The New Yorker.

Meanwhile, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told his nation not to be afraid of the West.

Past experience shows that Bushco cannot be trusted even when they explicitly deny/claim anything, so when they obfuscate we can assume that means a go-ahead. I fear worse times are approaching with these madmen in charge. They want to remake the Middle East into corporate America's image.
