Peace in Lebanon while Gaza burns:Since June 25, Israeli forces have killed more than 200 Palestinians in the occupied territory of Gaza – almost all civilians, including 46 children - and injured more than 800 civilians with gunfire, including 232 children, leveled homes, destroyed the main power plant for the water supply, forced close to one million people on emergency food relief, and imprisoned much of the Palestinian Authority’s elected government.
