Toronto Area: Mexican Workers' Union leader in Etobicoke, Jan. 12th

On Friday, Jan 12th, Pablo Moctezuma Barragan, a professor in the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and leader of the Workers' Union of Mexico, will be at the Woodhouse Pub for informal discuss. He is interested in speaking to activists while visiting Canada both to learn our preoccupations and to inform about the situation in Mexico. This is a chance, in a social setting, to exchange experiences with someone directly involved in the movement in Mexico and should be helpful to us. As activists we should give him a warm welcome. I encourage everyone to come meet him this Friday.
