Brother of Afghan man shot by troops wants Canadian citizenship for family
The family of Nasrat Ali Hassan, who was accidentally shot dead by Canadian troops at a military checkpoint in Kandahar, should be compensated with an offer of Canadian citizenship according to his brother.
