Gates & the Iran Arms Sales

Defense Secretary nominee Robert Gates narrowly escaped legal fallout from the Iran-Contra scandal 20 years ago. But new evidence from his former CIA colleagues suggests Gates was more interested in serving his political masters at the White House than in reporting accurate intelligence.

Gates's actions from that shadowy period are relevant again as the Senate evaluates whether Gates has the right stuff to stand up to George W. Bush.

this guy has a lot of 'dirty' and imcompetance behind him, but for sure daddy bush got his old crony in there and daddy's gonna try his best to get georgie boy out of his mess. doublya is how old and still getting bailed out?

yep! I guess once daddy's 'little boy', always daddy's little boy... no wonder the guy keeps getting into trouble, he knows daddy will always bail him out. wonder if bush jr. knows even the basics such as right from wrong...

junior just keeps tripping along, tripping up and tripping out. i think the cocaine ate away more of his brain then he'll ever know. as far as he's concerned, life is one big flash back :)
